Full Time Benefits after 60 days:

-We pay ½ your premium for high quality Excellus HD Health Care plan (benefit is after 60 days of contiguous employment).

-Dental plan can be purchased during open enrollment or for a qualifying event.

You will be eligible for the following benefits after 6-months.

-Holidays Paid (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.)

-401K (optional) the local Teamsters Dairy workers 401k is available for you to invest in pre-tax through payroll at the percentage you decide up to the current IRS limit.

-Annual Union Raise every January, when applicable. **during contract years where a raise has been written into the contract, to be negotiated in each contract.

Full Time Benefits (after 1-Year):

-2 weeks’ vacation (10 Paid days) after first year, with 1 day added on every year on your anniversary date, capped at 4 weeks. (See handout for rules on using these days, unused days our paid out each year)
